The Domaine de Vaujoly offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, perfectly adapted to your desires and your style, to create an event that suits you. You can enjoy two magnificent barns, each with its own character and specificities.
La Grange des Douves, with its rustic and warm style, is heated to host your events throughout the year. It is ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the Terrasse des Douves, to organize an outdoor cocktail. La Grange des Prés, for its part, has a unique agro-industrial style, for seasonal events. It opens onto the Pool Terrace, equipped with a bar and a heated pool in season, an ideal setting for your summer receptions.
In case of bad weather, we have fallback solutions to adapt to all seasons!
Our timeline projects you into the organization of your event, from the ceremony to the brunch the next day.
1. Ceremony
The Domaine provides you with several outdoor spaces for your ceremony.
And if it rains? We have beautiful and large spaces such as a second barn or the courtyard opening onto the park, so that your moment remains unique, whatever the conditions.

2. Cocktail
Discover our multiple cocktail areas, offering a varied choice for your events: at the Terrasse des Douves in the immediate vicinity of the Grange des Douves or the Pool Terrace, near the Grange des Prés. The Domaine provides garden furniture and umbrellas.
3. Dinner
The estate has a first barn, the Grange des Douves, an all-season room thanks to its underfloor heating, a capacity of 200 people with a dance floor (up to 250 people without a dance floor), as well as a second barn, the Grange des Prés, available only in season, with a capacity of 350 people and has a mezzanine equipped with a billiard table.

4. soiree
Continue the evening in the barn of your choice, where the dance floor animated by a DJ will thrill you. And for the “grandiose”? End on a high note with a fireworks show on request, dance or an orchestra for an unforgettable evening.
5. Brunch
You extend your event the next day, with a brunch by the heated pool in season, which will awaken your taste buds as well as your eyes.

For each moment of your wedding, we have planned an indoor plan B, while maintaining an openness to the outside to maintain the desired atmosphere. Thus, you can organize your ceremony under the courtyard, with its openings onto the gardens or in a second barn. Enjoy the cocktail in the Canotiers room, which opens directly onto the large Douves terrace, and enjoy brunch in a second barn, in front of the pool. Each of 25 rooms in the estate for 65 beds and in the dormitory for 11 beds, offer charm and comfort for a stay in the countryside. Each room is unique and tastefully decorated. They are also equipped with a private bathroom with a toilet.
Optional: The 10 Sahara tents for 40 beds and La Maison Carnot, house of the Domaine de Vaujoly located in Courville-sur-Eure, 3 minutes from the estate, with 6 bedrooms and 1 living room with sofa bed for 14 beds.
With the options, the domain offers in total 31 rooms, 1 dormitory and 10 tents for 130 beds.

A dedicated kitchen, a small living room and a common dining area are available in Grande des Douves.

The Domaine de Vaujoly offers as an option its new house, Maison Carnot, a charming house located in the heart of Courville-sur-Eure, just 3 minutes by car from the estate. This house, currently under renovation, has 14 beds, a kitchen and a private garden. The domain also offers its 10 tents for 40 beds as an option.
With options, the estate offers 32 rooms and 10 tents for 128 beds.

The Domaine de Vaujoly is a festive area, so there are no time and noise constraints.
It takes place in a second barn (Grange des Douves or Grange des Prés) or the Salle des Canotiers.
The availability of the spaces is from 4 pm and the delivery of the rooms is from 5.30 pm. Providers may arrive earlier in the afternoon for longer installations. A mandatory request must be made to the Domaine's teams.
The Domain must be vacated at 11 am. If you have taken the “Brunch Space” option, you can enjoy the place until 15:00. The rooms are to be vacated at 11 am.
Yes, round tables for 8 to 10 people and chairs for dinner and outdoor furniture. However, equipment, especially chairs for ceremonies, is not included. The domain will be able to provide you with a catalog of options and/or put you in contact with the nearest rental providers.
